WELCOME BAAAACK!

Hello All!

It is the end of September and many great things are going on around the Albertus campus. Classes are up and running. Many professors have actually assigned papers and tests already. I have a great schedule this semester. I am taking Political Science Seminar, The American Presidency (both with Dr. Imholt), Modern Political Theory with Professor Edwards, Senior Humanities Seminar and Women and Early Society with Dr. Jorgensen. They are all great classes to take. It saddens me that after next semester I will not be able to take anymore Political Science classes after I graduate.

I am an RA for another year and I am living on the First Floor of Dominican Hall. I enjoy being an RA because I like to interact and take care of residents. We have a fantastic RA staff this school year. There is chemistry in the group which is always a good thing.

This year, I am also a Lead Tour Guide, a Work study in the Admission Office, and Vice President of Membership for the Student Alumni Association. The Student Alumni Association is a great way of getting involved within the Albertus community. We sponsor many great events such as the Christmas Tree Lighting, various events at Fall Fest, and my favorite, Project Gratitude. Project Gratitude is where students can say thank you to a professor, faculty or staff member at the end of the school year. This is a great way to give back to the teachers and to let them know how much the students appreciate all that they do. If anyone is interested in joining SAA, please let me know!
